Regarding the celebration of Republic Day

Subsequently, instructions have been issued to hold taluka level celebrations at any one village level and in any ward where the municipal corporation exists. . Considering the above matters, the district's honor for the district level celebration of Republic Day, January 8, 207, It is requested to decide the taluka for this celebration in consultation with the Minister in charge / Co-in-charge Minister and Secretary in charge and send the information to this department by 31/12/2021. . 

According to the resolution dated 30/06/2018 of the planning division of the SVV, the village level which has the highest population will have to be given first choice after the taluka level celebration 2011 census and then the village with the next order of population will have to be selected and According to this order, the village will have to be selected for the taluka level celebrations. Instructions have been issued accordingly. Considering the provisions of the aforesaid resolution, the village which is to be organized at the village level has to be selected. It has been decided to celebrate the state level Republic Day, January 9, 206 in Girsomnath district. Therefore, 

Girsomnath district will not have to send information for district level celebrations. But keeping in view the above instructions, taluka level celebrations which should be held at village level. RATHWAIAKY NALATIGA PASANDEL NORD

The actual expenses incurred within the limits mentioned in the table below will be reimbursed for the expenses of the State / District / Taluka level celebrations. Order Celebration 1. State level purpose invitation card, publicity, accommodation, food, petrol-diesel, Rs. Per child for children participating in cultural program. For breakfast expenses up to a limit of Rs. On the eve of Republic Day, Secretary, Sports, Expenditure Activities for Cultural Program (Mega Youth and Cultural Event) to be organized. Survey Collectors Amount 3.00 Lakh 10,000 / Rs. 1.00 lakhs Note: Expenses other than the purpose stated in the table above are not paid from here. A grant has to be sought from the concerned department for payment of such expenses. . Details of expenses in this regard should be sent here within 1 (one) month after the completion of the celebration. As the current financial year is coming to an end in March 2072, 

everyone is asked to take care to send the bills here within 1 (one) month without any delay so that the grant for this year does not lapse and can be paid by timely allotment. However, if these bills are not submitted in time, the district administration will be responsible for the situation that may arise.
