Education Qualification
- BE/B Tech/B Sc (Engineering)/5 year Integrated M Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in specific engineering disciplines from University/Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC. A minimum of 60% marks means the marks as per the ordinances of the respective university.
- Applicants must have a valid GATE-2020 or GATE-2021 or GATE-2022 Score in that particular engineering discipline as the qualifying degree discipline
- General/EWS : 26
- OBC (NCL) (relaxation – 03 years) : 29
- SC/ST (relaxation – 05 years) : 31
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (degree of disability 40% and above) (relaxation – 10 years)

Salary
- After successful completion of training, the Executive Trainee will be appointed as Scientific Officer/C in Group ‘A’ . The salary after final selection would be provided s the table below mentions
- Level 10, Rs.56,100/-, 34 % of Pay in the Pay Matrix (as on 01.01.2022) As Per Authority Rools
- Only male candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories are required to make a non-refundable payment of Rs.500/- towards application fee with the applicable bank charges using State Bank Collect link provided on the website after final submission of the online application.
- SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-serviceman, DODPKIA, Female applicants and employees of NPCIL are exempted from the payment of Application Fee.
Selection Process for NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2022
- Final selection will be done on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview subject to medical fitness. No weightage will be given to GATE Score during the final selection.
