SBI PO Recruitment 2022 : State Bank of India has published advertisement for SBI Probationary Officer Recruitment 2022 for 1673 posts. Eligible candidates read advertisement and apply online.


SBI PO Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Govt. Those who are in their final year / semester of graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31-12-2022. Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing IDD is on or before 31-12-2022 . Candidates with qualifications like Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant will also be eligible.

SBI PO Age Limit

21-30 years. Crucial date for age calculation is 01-04-2022. Age relaxation will be given as per government rules.

SBI PO Pay Scale

At present, the initial basic pay is 41960/- (with 4 advance increments) in the scale of 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The official will be eligible for DA, HRA/Lease Rental, CCA, Medical and other allowances and perquisites as per the rules in force from time to time.

SBI PO 2022 Selection Process

SBI PO Recruitment Selection Process consists of Prelims Written Test, Mains Written Test and Personal Interview / Group Discussion. SBI PO Prelims Exam is qualifying in nature and marks of Prelims will not be considered for final selection.

The marks obtained by the candidates in phase-II (out of 250 marks) are converted to 75 marks out of 75 and the scores of the candidates in stage – iii (out of 50 marks) are converted to 25 marks. The final merit list comes out after the aggregate (out of 100) converted marks of Phase – II and Phase III. Selection will be made from the top merit-ranked candidates in each category.
