Financial assistance is provided to farmers under Pradhan Mantri Yojana. Farmers have been paid assistance up to 12 installments under PM Kisan Yojana. PM Kisan Yojana e-KYC 2023

 There is once again an opportunity for the eligible farmers of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. E-KYC was asked to be done by January 15, due to which there is a possibility of getting stuck in the upcoming installment. The list of 76,579 farmers was also made to be pasted in every village, but only 3100 farmers have completed the process. In such a situation, there are still 73,479 farmers whose funds may get stuck.

This is the process for e-KYC

  • The website is pmkisan.gov.in. For e-KYC, the process can be done through public service center, mobile. 15 rupees will be charged at the public service center
  • For this, access e-KYC option on the prescribed portal.
  • Select Finger option for biometric verification
  • Enter the registered Aadhaar number followed by captcha
  • Enter Aadhaar registered mobile number and fingerprint on the biometric machine. 
Deputy Director Agriculture Purushottam Kumar Mishra told that by January 31, farmers should get the work of e-KYC, Aadhaar seeding done, otherwise the Samman Nidhi will get stuck. In the 12th instalment, Rs 48 crore was deposited in the accounts of 2.44 lakh farmers.

How to do eKYC of PM Kisan Yojana


A farmer can easily do e-KYC if the beneficiary's Aadhaar card is registered with their mobile number. Below is the complete information on how to do PM Kisan Yojana eKYC on your own through mobile or computer.

  • Step-1 First go to PM KISAN PORTAL of Govt of India.
  • Step-2 Go to Farmer Corner on Home Page on this portal.
  • Step-3 Click on e-KYC on the first number in this Farmer Corner.
  • Step-4 Now a new page will open, it will ask for Aadhaar card number.
  • Step-5 Enter the Aadhaar card number and click on the Get Mobile OTP option.
  • Step-6 Enter the OTP received on your mobile number in the box.
  • Step-7 Then a new option called Get Aadhar will appear, click on it.
  • Step-8 Then an OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card, which you have to enter in the website.
  • Step-10 Finally you have to click on the Submit for Auth button and do the verification.
